After her preparatory classes, Delphine Hanton joined the Grenoble School of Management and completed her studies with an MBA in the United States. After starting her career in financial auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris, she joined Thuasne Group as administrative and financial manager in 2008 and became administrative and financial director in 2013.

In early 2016, Delphine Hanton was appointed deputy general manager, expanding her scope to include IT, legal affairs, and then regulatory affairs. Delphine Hanton was appointed CEO of Thuasne Group in March 2020.

She is a member of FBN France and METI.
