We are pleased to inform you that the 4th edition of our NextGen gathering will take place in Brussels on 17–18 November 2026.

Under the theme “Brussels from the Inside. Beyond Succession: The Future of Family Businesses”, NextGens from family businesses across Europe will come together for two days of inspiring discussions, shared experiences, and valuable connections.

One of the highlights of this year’s programme will be a visit to the European Parliament, where MEP Fernando Navarrete will host our group. Participants will have the unique opportunity to receive first-hand insights into the work of the European institutions and take part in an open and engaging discussion on the challenges and opportunities facing family businesses across Europe.
