We are pleased to inform you that the 4th edition of our NextGen gathering will take place in Brussels on 17–18 November 2026.

This year the theme is “Brussels from the Inside. Beyond Succession: The Future of Family Businesses”, NextGens from family businesses across Europe will come together for two days of inspiring discussions, shared experiences, and valuable connections.

One of the highlights of this year’s programme will be a visit to the European Parliament, where MEP Fernando Navarrete will host our group. Participants will have the unique opportunity to receive first-hand insights into the work of the European institutions and take part in an open and engaging discussion on the challenges and opportunities facing family businesses across Europe.

We will also have sessions by renowned speakers, including Rania Labaki, Full Professor of Management at EDHEC Business School and Director of the EDHEC Family Business Centre, Prof. Stefano Orioli, DBA candidate and Adjunct Professor at IE University, and Filippo Garrone, Corporate Finance Specialist at San Quirico S.p.A., who will share the story of his family business and its entrepreneurial legacy.
