Urban Svanberg has extensive experience in the retail industry in Sweden, Germany and Norway. As well as, many years of experience as an employee of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise where he had numerus different tasks throughout the years with the common objective to inspire politician to make wise decisions.

His wife is the 4^th generation in a family business, and they are active members of Family Business Network Sweden. Together with his wife he runs another younger company Alovus AB. This business includes investments in the hospitality business, energy, and land exploitation. As a consultant within this company, he also cooperates with FBN Sweden with strategic communication and political contacts.
