Joana Peixinho  joined EFB as a Junior Policy Advisor in March 2022.

Joana joined the EFB team to help monitor policies relating to family businesses and write policy position papers. Additionally, she is assisting in event organisation and communications management and represents EFB at meetings with various stakeholders.

Joana studied in England where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Loughborough University in History and International Relations and a Master of Laws in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick.

She was previously a Bluebook trainee at the European Data Protection Board.
