After the release of the EU COSME programme, Finland has determined that Finnish family firms have a significant role to play in the Finnish economy. 70% of all Finnish non-financial companies can be identified as family businesses. The main objective of this project is to improve the reliable statistics on family businesses to fully understand their role in the Finnish economy.
