Family Businesses arrive in Parliament

On the 16th of June the Committee for Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE) adopted its own-initiative report entitled “Family Businesses in Europe”.

On the 16th of June the Committee for Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE) adopted its own-initiative report entitled “Family Businesses in Europe”. The report, led by rapporteur Angelika Niebler, is an important moment for family businesses in Europe, as the report rightly highlights the importance of the sector for the European economy.

The 2015 European Family Business Summit

The second European Family Business Summit will be held on the 16th and 17th of November in Paris. Following on from last year’s success, EFB will again bring together family business owners, public officials and academics from across Europe to debate the most recent topics for the European family business community.
